McDonald's Gold Card is a value-added employment benefit program, designed to reward and thank restaurant managers and crew by offering them in addition to the McDonald's meal discount, special discounts at more than forty nationally recognized retailers and service providers.

McResourceLine is a confidential referral service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Enrolled employees have free, unlimited access to professional consultants who can help them find answers to any question, problem or issue they or their families may have. From child care to affordable housing or financial aid for college, no problem is too large; no question is too small.

Once you are eligible, you can contribute up to 50% of your before-tax pay and invest in any or all of seven investment funds. McDonald's will contibute $3 for every $1 you contribute on the first %1 of pay you put in, and $1 for each $1 you contribute on the next 4% of pay. If you contribute at least %1, McDonald's may also add a profit sharing match to your account of up to 4%. You are always 100% vested in your contributions and company contributions.

Beyond work is an internet discount program for recreational products and services. McDonald's U.S. employees can go online 24 hours a day, seven days a week to BeyondWork's site and find valuable resources and savings on products and services.
