Each crew person and hourly manager receives a wage/performance review every 6 months,according to the day that you were hired.

Our company has a full time training manager to ensure that everyone that walks through our doors gets the training they need to take care of our customers and deliver good quality service. We also have a computer training system that shows you the ropes before you ever step foot on the floor.
