Ray Kroc began McDonald's with a belief that customers wanted quality food, fast, in clean surroundings, and at a low cost. He knew that with believing came confidence, and through customer confidence would come growth. Our system has spread throughout the world, yet our mission remains virtually the same as Ray's original belief.
Our stores are successful today because customers believe in us. Customers believe we can deliver quality food in pleasurable surroundings known as "The McDonald's Experience".
Goals serve as a stimulus to life. They tend to tap the deeper resources and draw out the best in us all. Where there are no goals, there will be no significant accomplishment. That is why our goals are to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and develop an environment whereby our people continue to see training as a necessary process of professional development.
We must ask ourselves daily, "Have I given my customer a reason to believe in me, my team, my store, and the McDonald's experience?"
